This series of 14 auditory exercises will present you with a soundscape that is somewhat chaotic, or rather, unstructured. There will be no rhythmic patterns, harmonies, or melodies to create continuity or predictability in the listening experience. At times, it may feel overwhelming to listen to this, but it’s important to break free from the sensory habits of similarly structured pieces. It’s akin to hearing a musical instrument for the first time, where you audibly observe every tiny detail.

- AUDIO EXERCISESBegin to play, and focus on what the audio leaves in your ears. You will discover a variety of sound textures, spaces of closeness and distance, extreme frequencies and dynamics, as well as lights, colors, tonalities, and contrasts at different intensities that the physics of sound offers us. Listening through speakers, monitors, or headphones can yield different results and may even inspire creative ideas, serving as a sonic inspiration for future mixes in your studio.0

Audio Consultant• In 1989 he opened DEMOS, his recording studio, in Los Hornos, La Plata.• Since 2000 he has lived in Puerto Rico and works for different production companies• In 2006 he created SALOMÓN Mastering & Restoration, an audio studio in which he provides his services to prestigious producers, artists, record labels and archival institutions from different countries.• His collaborations extend to renowned artists, companies and producers of various musical genres and for different countries such as Argentina, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Brazil, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Honduras, Panama, United States, Canada, Germany, Holland, Norway, France, Spain, Russia, Turkey, among others. Some of his works have been recognized and awarded by prestigious cultural institutions, distinguished organizations in the music industry and specialized magazines. • In 2010, he published his first book, LIVING AUDIO… • In 2014, he founded the online musical-educational radio station MASTERING RADIO • In 2018 he published the book AUDIO PENSAMIENTOS – phrases that accompany the profession • He is constantly consulted for acoustic design of audio studios and requested to give talks at universities.
